1 General Terms and Conditions

Ggber (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ggber and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Members" or "Players").

2 Account Registration and Verification

To register on ggber, you must open an account with accurate and complete information. ggber reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false information.

Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all accounts will be closed and the remaining balance may be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate name, date of birth, and contact information during registration.
• The Member is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• For account verification, ggber may request a copy of your national ID card or passport.
• Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.
• If an account security breach occurs, ggber support must be notified immediately.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Ggber regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers to its Members. Each bonus has its own terms, and failure to comply with those terms will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Ggber offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and a loyalty points system. Each offer has separate wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once and from one account.
• Winnings from bonus use must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal.

• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

Ggber supports various payment methods including mobile banking and bank transfer. The minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method.

Ggber will only process withdrawals to the payment method used for the deposit. This is an important security measure to prevent money laundering. If account verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

• Registration with false or incomplete information.

9 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises between ggber and any Member, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through ggber's customer support. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days of contacting support, both parties will determine the next steps through discussion.

• In case of dispute, ggber's game logs and server records will be considered primary evidence.
• The time limit for raising disputes about game results is 30 days.
• In case of financial disputes, keep proof of all transactions.
• Ggber may take legal action if false or misleading complaints are circulated on social media.

10 Terms Amendment Policy

Ggber may change these Terms and Conditions partially or entirely at any time. When a Member logs in for the first time after a change, they will be given the opportunity to review the new terms.

Amended terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.
